Exercise: the good, the difficult, the reality

Okay, so some of us love to go to the gym every day, some of us like to go to a class a couple of times a week, others prefer their regular walking program, and yet some of us have a struggle with even getting out the door for any of those. Yes, we all know beyond doubt that exercise is awesome for us. Now, let’s look at some of the realities of performing this preferred ritual, and how one can become inspired to begin a program, or stick with the program that they’ve developed.

The purpose of Beauty.org is to encourage you along in the process for whatever you set your objective to be; whether its twice a week, or daily, let us be an cheerleader with inspiring thoughts, recommendations by the experts, and books to help you along the way. And, too, stories that will warm your heart with results that have made a difference. Each one of us can have a mentor, friend, or anyone who inspires us, to not give up but to endure in spite of all the of the crazy schedules, kids sports games and important meetings, that sap our energy before we get to the gym or for the outdoor walk/jog.

You’ll find on Beauty.org that we will seek to bring summary tips and reading recommendations, updates on videos, workouts, fashions for exercise routines, from the newest sources in food and fitness. We’ll share them with you in such a way that it will be an easy read with punch-lines of encouragement, education, and interesting things to try. Each one of us is different in our approach to exercise and foods, so pick and choose what will work for you. And throughout the process, let us know your inspiring thoughts and recommendations. Let’s start today, to learn, to resolve to make a difference in our own lives.

While you can’t pick up a publication these days without being aware that there is everything from A to Z regarding what might work for you, and what is best for your body, let’s set that aside for the moment, and generate some ideas that start at the beginning, and evaluate where you’re at, and where you’d like to go. Let’s just call it a clean slate.

Here are some thoughts to begin the process:

  • Go ahead, set a goal for yourself; it can be fun to see what can be accomplished
  • Just a little note in your daily calendar is all that’s needed; no daily journals, laborious lists, just a note
  • Find something that will spur you on; maybe it’s that upcoming holiday gathering, a family wedding, whatever, set your thoughts there. For me, it’s getting into one size smaller pair of jeans.
  • As you apply your exercises, take special care to see how your body awakens, and overall how you gain more lasting energy
  • Think about the awesome contribution you’re making to your muscles, heart health and just feeling better as you are involved in the process
  • The more you exercise, the more your percentage of body fat is decreasing
  • For me, I love walking; it is so easy to do anytime, anyplace, and yet the muscles groups are working away

Love Food - The Food Dilemma

  • We can’t avoid the reality: calories in versus calories out still works
  • There are endless “diet” programs, and each one can serve to help those who need encouragement, cheerleading, and direction
  • Some of us do well with those programs, as long as we’re on them, and then fall away without the regular involvement-each of us operates differently
  • At Beauty.org, we want to provide you with updated discoveries, different approaches and ways that you can individually adopt what is going to work in your schedule and your preferences
  • We’ll keep it simple, share with you, encourage you, give you insights and success stories that will uplift you
  • And, yes, we’ll share recipes that are sumptuous, easy and satisfying your most craved eating wishes
